排行前10的银行的信用证必须以卖方为受益人根据附录1的条款开出。
Top10 Bank shall issue in favor of the Seller1( one) Letter of Credit, in accordance with the terms provided in Appendix No. 1 hereto.
付款方式：买方应由卖方接受的银行，于装运月份前30天，开具以卖方为受益人的不可撤销可转让的即期保兑信用证。
Payment mode: The buyers shall open with a bank acceptable to the Sellers and irrevocable, confirmed, without recourse, transferable L/C by draft at sight in the favor of the sellers.
