中国地震学会（Seismological Society of China）是由中国从事地震科技研究和参与中国防震减灾事业的科技工作者自愿结成的、依法登记成立的、具有法人资格的、公益性的、全国性的学术团体。 经中国科协批准，中国地震学会于1979年11月21日在辽宁省大连市成立。 截至2017年5月，中国地震学会下设分支机构27个； 截至2012年年底，学会拥有会员1687名。
