三角洲平原相（delta plain facies）是三角洲相沉积亚类型之一。三角洲平原是三角洲的陆上沉积部分，河流大量分叉地方是它与河流系统的分界处。这一地带沉积环境多样，变化较大，沉积物类型也很多，有支流河道沉积、天然堤沉积、决口扇沉积以及牛轭湖、沼泽、湖泊、支流间海湾等沉积。常由砂岩、粉砂岩、泥岩和泥炭、褐煤等组成交替层，其典型沉积物是分流河道砂质沉积和沼泽泥炭、褐煤沉积，两者的共生是三角洲平原沉积的典型特征。
八面河地区孔店组存在冲积扇、辫状河三角洲和洪泛平原相。
