【Abstract】 Civil enforcement is a systematic project, and ease of "difficult to execute" problems, needs the joint efforts of the society from all walks of life. If only hope for the court to carry out the system, the results may be disappointing, because people with less in the court single-handedly, executive, perform the work is only insufficient. From the referee to the realization of the creditor, the intermediate links are almost all need to assist in the third. Therefore the legislative, administrative and various social forces, and even a citizen, a legal person into execution system, scientific construction, establish the system of assistance in execution of the scope of implementation and assistant of executing rights and obligations of the system, is the ease of "difficult to execute" is one of the effective measures.
