Well, Iusually like fishand many of the spicymeatdishes. I really like frieddumplings, noodlesand eggplant and I have enjoyed the freshfruit. Oh yesand I do like rice.
Psilakis' presentation was accompanied by typical Cretan hors d'oeuvres: spreads made of eggplantandfish roe, lots of raw vegetables and olives, and tiny, lightly fried cheese turnovers called kallitsounias.
