EARLIER TERMINATION: 15.1 The Parties agree that the following situations shall be considered as exceptional circumstances which justify the termination by the other party: insolvency (de facto or declared), bankruptcy, moratorium, receivership, liquidation or any kind of composition between the debtor and the creditors, or any circumstances which are likely to effect substantially one Party’s ability to carry out his obligations under this contract.
