Objective: To get the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) with the study of peripheral nerve conduction velocity (NCV) in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).
目的：通过周围神经传导速度（NCV）的研究，早期诊断糖尿病（DM）患者的糖尿病性周围神经病变。
Methods The subjects were divided into three groups: diabetes with non peripheral neuropathy (DM group), DPN group and healthy controls (n group), each group having 30 individuals.
方法受试者分为三组，dpn组、糖尿病无神经病变组(dm组)和正常对照组(n组)，每组30例。
