In a survey done last year, 45.1% of party officials had considered themselves part of the “disadvantaged bunch” in society; it can thus be deduced that many government officials, and this is especially true for those in lower rank positions, that they had not found their “prestigious” work too easy. At the moment, reception of visiting officials had become the core of job description for most of entry-level employees in public offices.
