Conclusions:Deficiency of Qi and Yin,toxic,phlegm block and blood stasis are basic etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of VP. Heat-clearing and detoxicating,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,removing toxic material phlegm blockd and blood stasis are important treatment principal of VP.
