The issue also drew attention when the Procuratorial Daily, the official newspaper of the country's highest agency for criminal investigation and prosecution, earlier this month published the results of a study by researchers at Beijing's Renmin University that estimated that 95% of officials investigated for corruption had extramarital affairs, with 60% or more keeping full-time mistresses.
