13.2 Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Shanghai Branch in accordance with its prevailing arbitral rules in force at the time of arbitration.
