The Aliyev family is reported to have interests in just about every private sector (which does not include oil and gas in the public sector), including telecoms, construction, realestate, aviation, and mineral mines.
Not surprisingly, the constructionsector has suffered the most, and developers are continuing to wait on the sidelines as the realestate market crawls toward recovery.
