In fact, the whole resort is quite simplistic in design, if you look past its gravity-defying guest room wings: basic wooden slats are placed in straight or diagonal stripes, poured concrete provides dividers between the expansive living areas and dining room, every piece of furniture or pillow is locally made by hand, and there are no televisions just acres of glass overlooking the seal-grey sea and the ever-changing weather.
