From a Portland, OR distillery founded in 2004, this is produced, like single malt Scotch, from 100% malted barley, but the resemblance ends there this is a drink with brightness and lift, and a complex back-palate with characters of custard, cinnamon and earthy wet stone that taste way better together than they sound.
