Beau serves as Delaware's Attorney General and recently returned home from Iraq where he served as a Captain in the 261st Signal Brigadeof the Delaware National Guard.
The detained men include the recently deposed chiefs of general security, internal security and military intelligence, as well as the serving commander of the Republican Guardbrigade.
