The Serbian Deputy Prime Minister, Vojislav Seselj, has been expelled from BosniaHercegovina by the international representative overseeing the Dayton peace accord, Carl Westendorp.
This policy should offer incentives for Serbia, Montenegro, Vojvodina and Kosovo as well as Macedonia and Bosnia-Hercegovina to participate on the basis of these principles.
