At the higher end, if visiting places like Pebble Beach, Destination Kohler, Kiawah or the top courses of Mexico, Canada or the Caribbean, they add little except cost, cannot get you access to truly private courses, and with a bit of research and access to the internet, you can easily put these trips together on your own.
