This paper brings forward ratio fluorescence spectrum andfluorescence gross method based on algae pigment;two order differential coefficientspectrum and fuzzy clustering analysis method based on super micro structure difference;linear multi-element regress analysis method base on single class algae and mixed algae’sdifference coefficient statistics characteristic.
本文在对国内外海藻状态监测技术现状及发展趋势分析与综合的基础上,对具有代表性的绿藻门的扁藻、小球藻、盐藻,硅藻门的角毛藻、小新月藻,金藻门的叉鞭金藻等六种海藻的荧光光谱分析,提出基于海藻色素含量的荧光光谱的比值分析法、荧光总量法;基于海藻超微结构差异的二阶导数法、模糊聚类分析法;根据单一海藻和混合海藻的二阶导数的统计特性,提出混合海藻荧光的多元线性回归模型。
