As a divisional law, the title of "environment law" is more rational than "environmental protection law". The "environment law" focuses on "human's interests", regarding the "theory of kernel of ecological interests" as improper. The "environment law" does not directly regulates the relations between the human and the nature. It do that by regulating the relations between the human and their acts.
