A trade association shall establish and perfect an internal management system with its article of association as the core, perfect the systems of the general member assembly (representative member assembly) or the board of directors (board of executive directors), seriously implement the general election system, apply the democratic management, establish and improve the CPC organization at the grass-roots level, and bring into full play the supervisory and safeguarding role of the CPC organization.
