It is further agreed that**shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in taking the products being ordered due to causes beyond its control or that of its end purchaser,including but not limited to the inability to collect or take the products being ordered in time by reason of civil commotion,accidents,plant breakdowns,interference by labor,strikes,lockouts of employees,act of God, any restriction,regulation,order,act or omission or operation by any central or local authority or government department or any port,vessel or office being put on quarantine arising out of any infectious disease.
