Results Of the 18 patients,9 patients suffered from chordoma,3 from metastases,2 from angiofibroma,2 from pituitary adenoma,1 from carcinoma of nasopharynx,1 from posterior pharyngeal squamous epithelial carcinoma. The operation field of all 18 patients was satisfactorily exposed.
