Andromonoecious plant 雄性系两性株
Through selective breeding , two melon monoecious lines ATA-A and ATA-B were received by Watermelon and Melon research group of Horticulture Department of Northwest A&F University. Using monoecious lines ATA-A, ATA-B and an andromonoecious line and their offsprings (F1 and F2 and BC1) as materials, heredity regular and molecular marker of monoecious character were studied.
本研究以西北农林科技大学园艺学院西甜瓜课题组选育得到两个甜瓜单性花系ATA-A、ATA-B、普通的雄全同株(雄花、两性花同株)甜瓜品种以及他们的杂交后代为材料,对单性花性状的遗传规律进行了研究,同时对甜瓜的RAPD-PCR反应体系进行了优化,利用获得的优化体系对控制单性花的基因进行了分子标记。
