Douvall has appeared in several reality television shows, and has been the subject of three television documentaries by filmmaker Anna Keel: "Rehab: Alicia Douvall", "Glamour Models, Mum & Me" (which stated that she has body dysmorphic disorder) and "Glamour Model Mum, Baby & Me", first broadcast on 12 June 2012.
