BEIJING More foreign companies will be able to repatriate their profits from China at a lower taxrateafter Beijing clarified existing regulations, according to global accounting firm KPMG, in the latest step in China's continuing efforts to ease its capital restrictions.
Boeing's after-tax profits were dragged down by the reversion of its effective taxrate from a favourable 27% of earnings in 2011 to a more normal 34% last year.
