The fungi Ascosphaera apis infect the honeybee brood by secreting the extracellular enzyme such as proteinase,chitinase, esterase and amylase. In this study,we certificated that the extracellular enzyme including proteinase,esterase and amylase by activity staining and silver staining methods.
