Under the Affordable CareAct, new insurance plans are required to provide preventive carewithout cost-sharing, which will remove financial barriers for many Americans to preventive services such as mammograms, colonoscopies and immunizations, help prevent disease and reduce costs.
If your state can create a plan that covers as many people as affordably and comprehensively as the Affordable CareAct does -- without increasing the deficit -- you can implement that plan.
