That all the Bank's rules for the time being in force as shall be applicable to each of the Company's account or accounts, including but not limited to those rules and regulations, conditions, limitations and agreements contained in any signature card, deposit ticket, cheque book, passbook, statement of account, receipt, instrument or other agreement received by the Company from the Bank or delivered to the Bank by the Company, shall be observed by and binding on the Company with the same effect as if each and every term thereof were set forth in full herein and made a part hereof.
