Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ) had a huge move since the start of the year, but a pretty nasty topping tail with a screaming RSI got me short this yesterday.
In a few short paragraphs, tacked onto the tail end of an appeal for popular support for the modernization of America's nuclear forces, however, Mr. Reagan launched what came to be known as the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) -- and forever changed the debate about how to provide for this nation's security.
"We had always expected a gap-filler with typically intermediate features such as a moderately elongate tail -- neither long nor short -- but the strange thing about Darwinopterus is that it has a head and neck just like that of advanced pterosaurs, while the rest of the skeleton, including a very long tail, is identical to that of primitive forms, " he said.
