Our droll narrator, Jake Landry, is a typical Finder hero: an unambitious regular guy far down the corporate food chain, whom the hoity-toity higher-ups undervalue and snub.
Even if the climax feels fantastical (well suited to the horror-friendly talents of the director, Stuart Gordon), you should stay for the battered irony of the anticlimax, which finds our hero settling down, once again, to the rigors of aregular life.
