赫西俄德（古希腊文：Ἡσίοδος，英语：Hesiod，前8世纪，享年不明），是古希腊诗人。原籍小亚细亚，出生于南欧地区的希腊比奥西亚境内的阿斯克拉村。从小靠自耕为生，他可能生活在前8世纪。 从前5世纪开始文学史家就开始争论赫西俄德和荷马谁生活得更早，今天大多数史学家认为荷马更早。以长诗《工作与时日》《神谱》闻名于后世，被称为“希腊训谕诗之父”。
