萨瓦河（英语：Sava River，亦作Save，德语：Sau，匈牙利语：Szava），巴尔干半岛西部河流。流域面积95720平方千米，涵盖了斯洛文尼亚、克罗地亚、波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维纳及塞尔维亚的北部。源出尤利安阿尔卑斯山脉（Julian Alps）的特里格拉夫（Triglav）峰群，大体向东南东流经940千米后，在贝尔格莱德注入多瑙河。
