江鳕（Lota lota）属鳕形目，鳕科，江鳕属。俗称：山鳕，山鲶鱼，鲶鱼。英文名：Burbot。为鳕科(Gadidae)鱼，学名Lota lota。仅有的淡水种类，体长，生活于欧、亚及北美的冷水江河及湖泊中。
