惠栋（1697年11月18日～1758年6月27日）清代汉学家。汉学中吴派（苏州学派）的代表人物。字定宇，号松崖，学者称小红豆先生。江苏元和（今江苏苏州）人。祖周惕，父士奇，皆治《易》学，三世传经，赞为一代佳话。生于1697年十月五日（11月18日），死于1758年五月二十三日（6月27日）早年，随其父至广东提督学政任所，父卒归里，课徒著述，终身不仕。其学沿顾炎武，一生治经以汉儒为宗，以昌明汉学为己任，尤精于汉代《易》学。
在清代中叶的荀学复兴运动中，惠栋占有重要一席。
