和齿垢密螺旋体 Treponema denticola
METHODS:To measure 72 sites in 60 adult periodontitis patients peptidase activity specifically produced by Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg), Bacteroides forsythus (Bf)and Treponema denticola (Td) in suhgingival plaque using Periocheck within 15min. Peptidase activity was determined both spectrophotometrically and by using color standard.
方法：利用Periocheck椅旁快速检测60例成人牙周炎患者共72个位点龈下菌斑中牙龈卟啉菌、福塞氏类杆菌、齿垢密螺旋体来源的肽酶活性，与标准比色卡比较，区分阳性和阴性；在波长666nh下测吸光度值，定量反映肽酶活性。
