本文对53例更年期综合征患者行激素替代疗法治疗。

手术治疗：对用激素疗效不好的，可考虑行双侧卵巢楔形切除术；

临床表现为肾小管间质损害的患者应及早行肾组织活检，明确诊断后应采用糖皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗。
