芥子油也叫芥末精是黄芥末籽经过高温蒸馏而得的浅红色液体，味道非常刺激，属油融产品，之所以叫芥子油是因为芥末籽含两种产品，一种是原油一种是子油，原油就跟我们炒菜用的油没区别没有任何味道，但是子油就不同了。它颜色为浅红色，和原油颜色差不多 但浓度跟水差不多比较稀，而且味道非常呛辣。
