自治旗，是中国行政区划之一，行政地位与市辖区、县级市、县、自治县、旗、林区、特区相同，属县级行政区，均隶属于内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市，是内蒙古自治区特有的县级民族区域自治地方。 中国共计3个自治旗。
