硕士生导师应是本学科学术造诣较深的教授或相当专业技术职务的教学，科研人员，其学术水平在某些方面接近或达到国内或国际先进水平。有培养本科生经验，至少培养过两届本科生。能坚持正常工作，担负实际指导硕士生的责任。有协助本人指导硕士生的学术队伍。有课程教学经历，承担过或正在承担一定工作量的本科生课程。
