牛腩面，又称四川牛肉面，所用面条为四川碱面，用牛腩肉与水、白糖、豆瓣酱、料酒，并配以花椒、红辣椒、八果、桂皮等调料做成的牛腩汤，淋上煮好的碱面，一碗香喷喷的牛腩面就做好了，虽然做法简单，但是味道鲜美，营养丰富。
