目的：开发地高辛血药浓度数据处理(DBDP)程序，确定地高辛有效血药浓度范围。
OBJECTIVE: to develop the data processing program of Digoxin blood drug concentration (DBDP) and to determine the range of effective blood concentration of Digoxin.
结果：为206例肾移植患者监测了1732例次FK506血药浓度， 其中有效血药浓度范围内的有917例次， 占52.9%；
RESULTS Of 1732 cases in 206 renal transplant patients received FK506, the whole blood concentrations of 917 cases with effective level were accounted for 52.9%;
