Intervention: All patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation with a precontoured bicolumn parallel plating system.
方法选择24例胫腓骨各段粉碎性骨折病例、先行复位、螺丝钉内固定，尽量达到解剖系统以达胫骨轴线，然后以外固定架进行外固定。
Methods 24 cases of CTSF patient were underwent the reduction, screw fixation and then external fixation support to help the anatomic reduction.
