目的探讨肾细胞癌(RCC)螺旋CT同层动态扫描表现与癌组织微血管密度(MVD)、癌细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达之间的相关关系。
Objective to investigate the correlation of certain features of spiral ct (S-CT) with tumor microvascular density (MVD) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
方法：9例志愿者行主动脉弓同层动态增强扫描，利用获得的主动脉弓时间-密度曲线（TDC），寻求触发技术的理论阈值。
Methods:Dynamic CT scan was performed in 9 volunteers, measuring the CT value of the same plane of aortic arch and the theoretical threshold was obtained by the time density curve(TDC).
结论同层动态ct增强扫描有利于周围型肺癌性与肺结核性结节的定性诊断。
Conclusions Single-location dynamic CT is helpful in differential diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary carcinoma and tuberculoma.
