全称“卜内门洋碱有限公司”。英国卜内门公司（1926年并入帝国化学工业公司）在中国的分公司。1900年（清光绪二十六年）成立于上海。经营化学品进口和土产出口。曾长期垄断中国化肥、碱类和其他化工原料的进口业务。新中国成立后该公司在中国的机构结束。
在其收购的过程中被正处于顶峰时期的职业收购者Lord Hansan捅了一刀，不怀好意的汉森信托用清盘价竞标，最后导致卜内门公司剥离了它的制药部门，今天的阿斯利康。
