南亚运动会（英文：South Asian Games）；是由南亚地区合作组织（SAARC）举办的地区综合体育赛会，该赛会的宗旨是：和平、坚强、发展。 南亚地区合作组织（SAARC）成立于1983年，成员国包括巴基斯坦、印度、孟加拉、斯里兰卡、尼泊尔、不丹和马尔代夫，南亚合作组织是为了加强这些南亚地区国家之间的合作与发展。 成果之一就是从1989年开始举办的南亚地区运动会，1989年的第一届南亚地区运动会是巴基斯坦主办的在2004年在南亚体育理事会第32次会议上决定重新命名比赛为南亚联盟运动会。
