罗显，字君德，号乐天，福建清流城关人。生卒年不详。活动于明隆庆、万历年间(1567～1620年)，官至太医院判。罗显勤研医学，尤精于内科顽症，热诚为乡里百姓治病。对贫穷病人，不收分文，其高尚医德受世人称赞。中年被召，入京为御医，医名大噪。著有《红杏编医案》。
