祝由，也称：祝由术、祝由科、咒禁科、书禁科、祝由十三科、中医十三科、天医等，是在《黄帝内经》成书之前，上古真人所创，用符咒治病的方法。 祝由一词最早见于《黄帝内经》上卷，素问篇，第十三章------移精变气论： “黄帝问曰：余闻古之治病，惟其移精变气，可祝由而己。今世治病，毒药治其内，针石治其外，或愈或不愈，何也？” 后世中医有祝由科，借画符等形式改变影响病人的心理和气场，对某些疾病有良好的效果。
