著名书画名家、鉴赏家、收藏名家1955年生于北京，祖籍浙江宁波鄞州。沙孟海第五孙，著名旅法书画、篆刻家。现为法国美术家协会会员，中国科学与文化基金发展联合会会长，西子画院名誉院长。曾任法中友协副会长。1984年应邀赴法文化交流，1985年定居巴黎，曾就读于巴黎国立高等装饰艺术学校，1986年入法国美术家协会成为会员，并在法国十四个城市做巡回个展，数百件作品被欧美人士及博物馆收藏。
