梁法， 派名学发，字芸草。男，1941年8月生于湖南涟源市，著名书画家。在中国工程物理研究院流体物理研究所，从事高速摄影工作三十多年，任应用光学工程师，为中国感光学会会员，获国防科技进步奖二等奖一项，三等奖二项。
