梁冠，古代中国服饰之一。有横脊的礼冠。原为古代帝王大臣所用的冠帽。始于秦汉，后历代沿用。明·沈榜《宛署杂记·经费上》：“巾帽局成造梁冠等件，合用麻布等料。”在朝文官所戴，来源于进贤冠。梁冠其形方，前低后高，后倾，有围片，前开后合，冠形按《三才图会》复制。一品七梁，二品六梁，三品五梁，四品四梁，五品三梁，六品，七品二梁，八品，九品一梁，梁冠为历代在朝文官所好戴。
考古所见我国史前玉人的冠式多为纵梁冠。
